Software Support Contracts
A telephone support contract provides our business partner, the customer, with access to our support lines. Our lines are open during our normal working hours from 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We are currently adding an online system to complement our staff and to provide support out of hours.
This support contract allows your staff to contact us regarding any operational queries or technical queries regarding the software listed. It is expected that the staff will be trained to the level required and will have a basic understanding of computer systems.
Modem Support - GoToAssist
Modem Support allows our support technicians to access your system over the telephone line to assist in the support service where necessary. The benefits are that we can actually see the problem in question, download and upload programs and data and alleviate the requirement for a site visit saving all parties time and money. This greatly reduces downtime and is a further method of ensuring a rapid solution to any issue
