The IRIS Exchequer team is celebrating the unique achievement of winning the title of 'Financial Software Provider of the Year' for the third time in four years. Finance Directors voted Exchequer their business and accounting software of choice in Real FD's Annual Satisfaction Survey giving them top marks for the quality of the product and on-going support they receive. The fact that this Award is determined by the views of customers makes it a priceless win. Paul Sparkes, Product Director of IRIS Exchequer collected the Award on behalf of the team at the Real FD/CBI FDs' Excellence Awards in London on Tuesday, 15th April 2008. Catherine Woods, Editor of the leading publication Real FD, praised the consistently excellent satisfaction ratings that Exchequer has achieved over the years and its users? willingness to recommend the business accounting package to other FDs. Paul Sparkes, Product Director, said: "This is fantastic recognition for the IRIS Exchequer team who demonstrate a real passion for their solution and who constantly set the bar 'higher and higher' in terms of the product quality and the customer care they deliver. Our number one priority is to ensure a deep understanding of the needs of all our customers and to aim for that ?personal touch? at all times." During the last five years, IRIS Exchequer business and accounting software has, in addition, developed a very strong 'sector' specialist focus in the wholesale and distribution, construction, not for profit and retail sectors. The IRIS Exchequer solution beat off strong competition from Access Accounting, Pegasus Opera II, Sage (various products) Microsoft Dynamics GP, Open Accounts and Sun Systems (Systems Union) to win the Award. |

Charity Run for Reculver School?s Visual Impairment Unit - £3400+ Raised |

On Friday 13th April, Chris Side, Dan Wright, Stuart Wood, and Andrew Clarke set off on the (extended) 10k run from Reculver to 5 Star's HQ in St. Nicholas and Back!. The course which measured somewhere between 10 & 15 kilometers, depending on who was asked, was completed in times ranging between 70 and 100 minutes. |
| The money raised goes toward the Visual Impairment Unit at Reculver CE Primary School. All donations will go straight to the school to help purchase much needed technical equipment including the Opti Verso machine, that the visually impaired children at the school could benefit from. | |
