Kent Business Awards 2007
The prestigious Kent Business Awards 2007 promise new opportunities for the brightest and the best in Kent business. Organised and supported by a number of the county's leading organisations which have a desire to recognise best practice, innovative business processes, and overall business success, the Kent Business Awards are firmly established as a benchmark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment.
Following 5 Star's 2006 campaign which saw them through to the latter stages in the competition for the Technology award. This year 5 Star have entered into the Customer Services Award and the Small & Medium Sized Business of the Year Award.
Customer Services Award
The judges will be looking to see how 5 Star:-
- Give commitment to customer service
- Have a proven track record for developing a customer focus throughout the organisation
- What steps are taken by 5 Star to provide effective management of the customer service process
- How do 5 Star ensure that you have skilled staff to provide quality customer service
- What measures are in place to provide appropriate review of practice
Kent Small and Medium Sized Business of the Year
The judges will be looking to see:-
- How successful 5 Star's principle products and services are
- What obstacles have been faced by 5 Star in developing the business and how have 5 Star overcome them
- How do 5 Star market their business
- How do 5 Star involve staff in the business and what training do 5 Star provide
- How 5 Star handle the financial management of the business
- What involvement do 5 Star have in the wider business community
