Financials Design
Once a user is registered the portal is accessible via a secure encypted username and password. The portal has been designed to allow users to easily access the information that they require. Using a simplistic set of icons, relevant to the topic of interest, the home page delivers the key functional capabilities of the financials portal.
Functions and Features
All transaction details from outstanding invoices within the general ledger are uploaded on a daily basis. The upload programs scan information from your internal financial systems in order to create duplicate transactions within the financials portal. The upload programs can be scheduled to run within any time frame to allow up to date ledgers.
Outstanding Ledger
Once logged into the system a customer user is able to see information relating to their own individual ledger. A company administrator, for the hosting company, is able to actively search all accounts. Each type of user is presented with a list of transactions along with an outstanding balance for the individual account.
Individual Invoice Information
Through the outstanding ledger list users are able to click through to each individual invoice. The replica invoice displayed shows all information which would be shown on the original invoice. The user is then able to request a PDF copy invoive which is retrieved from the integrated financial system and email within five minutes.
