Exchequer Sentimail Module
Exchequer's Sentimail® module brings you proactive, reliable business alerts to keep you in tune with all areas of your financial operation and enable your organisation to respond rapidly to changing circumstances. There's no longer any need to trawl through endless reports or rely on fallible human communication to warn of pending problems. Users of Sentimail® can set up 'sentinels', which look out for user-definable events or conditions anywhere in the accounting system.
Once triggered, the sentinel will alert a pre-defined list of contacts, either via email or SMS, with a customisable message. Sentimail® uses dynamic push-pull technology, which means that users are alerted instantly when an event is triggered.
So if a sentinel has been defined to check for the receipt of an order or payment from a certain customer, the moment it is entered into the system, Sentimail® will immediately alert the necessary contacts with the information required.
