Exchequer Commitment Accounting Module
Essential for organisations in the local government, education and public sectors, the Commitment Accounting module manages budgetary commitments simply and securely. This module integrates with Sales and Purchase Order Processing modules to update, track and control the committed costs within the General Ledger and provide over-budget checks at order entry stage.
Throughout the General Ledger and all related reports, there is a facility to view balances as actuals only, actuals plus committed, or purely committed values.
Used in conjunction with Exchequer's dynamic links with Microsoft Excel, a host of powerful commitment-based management reports and budgetary forecasts can be easily produced in your desired format
