IRIS Top User Satisfaction Scores

IRIS packages score highest overall satisfaction ratings in new charity 'accounting software' survey, April 2008
The IRIS accounting systems, Exchequer, Chorus Financials and Accounts Office, have received excellent ratings from users in a newly published independent charity accounting software survey. The findings are significant as they form the first in-depth study of accounting software use in the not for profit sector.
The IRIS accounting packages scored the highest overall satisfaction rating in the mid range category beating Access, Coda, Kypera, Microsoft, NetSuite, Sage, Pegasus and SAP. Across all categories, small, medium and large accounting packages, IRIS
received the second overall highest average satisfaction score of 2.33. Respondents were asked to rate the software on its functionality, its compatibility with not for profit accounting requirements, cost, ability to integrate with other systems, financial reporting, web enablement and ease of use on the basis of ?very good' being equal to 3 points, ?good' being equal to 2 points and 0 points being awarded to a system considered ?poor'.
As a result of the merger between IRIS with CS Group in June 2007 which brought together a number of specialist business and accounting solutions designed for not for profit organisations, the newly formed IRIS Group now provides the widest range of tailored products in the not for profit sector. The Group has approximately 1500 pot for profit customers and 52 of the top 100 charities use IRIS solutions.
Backed by 30 years of experience, the IRIS commitment to the whole customer experience is its trademark and is evidenced by a customer retention rate of 95% across the group; recognised as one of the highest in the software industry.
