Enterprise Warehouse Solutions
Enterprise Warehouse Solutions (EWS) integrates with Exchequer enabling you to control the whole life-cycle of goods from ordering from suppliers to delivering to customers. EWS gives you command over the four main tasks in the warehouse: Goods In, Goods Out, Stock Transfers and Stock Take. EWS also has the ability to synchronise data between your network and robust hand held scanners, to monitor all stock movements efficiently.
EWS has been in constant production for over five years and working with industry partners have developed this user-friendly advanced software. With over 300 system settings the software can work in many different ways and using an advanced passwords portfolio you can hide buttons, columns and modules per user.
The scanners used have high capacity for all your information and the software has been designed with large simple buttons for ease of use. All unused buttons are disabled only allowing the user to stay within the EWS software if required.
All modules of the software is serial/batch and multibin compatible and has the ability to recognise an unlimited amount of alternative barcodes allowing scanning from all your supplier barcodes.
The goods out dispatch module can be modelled to suit your processes. It can work as a one-stage pack process, a two-stage pick and pack or configured to any unlimited amount. This module can be configured to capture carton, pallet and weights for your packing list.
